Dear Mr. Correa:
It has been noted by this department that there is a pool and fence
located at the above referenced property. The fence which is eight (8)
feet high is in violation of the City of Salem Zoning Ordinance which allow
a maximum six (6) foot high fence in a residential area. The existing pool
has never been issued a building permit or an electrical permit and it has
never been inspected.
You are hereby requested to contact this office within twenty four
(24) hours of receipt of this notice. Failure to comply will result in the
appropriate legal action being taken.
