Dear Mr.Zadorozhnyy,
It has come to the Building Department's attention that the EV Car Sales commercial space
located on the property at 207 Highland Avenue has an extensive portion of the suite that is
currently unfinished construction. The current state of the formerly occupied church space
located on the second floor, as well as parts of the EV car sales suite and the former Auto
body commercial space in the rear of the building contain observed Building and Fire Code
violations. Under the provisions of 780 CMR Section 104.6:Right of Entry,access to this
property must be granted for the purposes of a mandator ins-,)ection to have a full
understanding of the present violations at the property.
This inspection is scheduled for: Tuesday, September 22"11, 2026
at10:30a.m.
Please contact the Building Department immediately at(978)619-5649 upon receipt of this
letter to discuss this matter. Failure to respond to this notification will be construed as non-
compliance, and as such an Administrative Search Warrant will be sought,to allow the lawful
inspection of this property.
If you feel you are aggrieved by this order,your appeal is to the Board of Buildings,
Regulations and Standards in Boston.
