Atty. Michael. O'Brien represented the Petitioner bafore the Board. He noted that
the building was built in 1966 and that .it was an error when :it-- wa-s built on the site
and that the porch .is in violaHon of the setback requirement of 10 foot, and the bank
:is holding $1,500 :in escrow, contingent on Board cr.:ntln_7 'the variance, which would:
allow a five .foot setback rather than a 1.0 foot setback.
