Dear Ms. Martins:
In accordance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000, Minimum
Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation, a recent re-inspection was conducted of your
property located at 5 Burnside Street Unit 2, conducted by Jeffrey Barosy, Sanitarian of the
Salem Board of Health on June 15, 2026. At that time the following items were still outstanding:
Bathroom 1:
- The ceiling-mounted vent still does not pull enough air to properly remove excess
moisture.
Please correct the outstanding violations and contact this office to schedule a final re-inspection
of this dwelling unit.
All other violations noted in the inspection report of April 30, 2026, have been corrected.
