Based upon a tenant complaint, an inspection was conducted in.accordance with Article II
of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000. Upon inspection, the following were noted:
24-48 hours .160, .180(A) 1. Tenant had complaint of the heat not working in the unit. At the time of inspection,
temperatures were recorded at 60.8 degrees F in the kitchen, 62.5 degrees F in
the bedroom off the dining room, and 59.7 degrees F in the dining room. The
thermostat was turned all the way up but none of the radiators were warm. Owner
shall provide and maintain in good operation condition a heating system that
includes a distribution system capable of heating every habitable room and every
room containing a toilet, shower, or bathtub to such temperature required by 105
CMR 410.180.
