Violation(s) Based upon a tenant complaint,an inspection was conducted in accordance with Article 11 of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000. Upon inspection,the following were noted: 24-48 hours .550 1. Tenant had complaint of mice in the unit. At the time of inspection, some mouse droppings were observed inside the closet in the primary bedroom and between the fridge and adjacent cabinet. Owner to hire services of a licensed exterminator inspect this and al!other units in the building and treat accordingly; treatments Oo must continue until the problem is abated. Please forward invoices for service to the Board of Health for our records. Owner to correct this violation within 2448 hours. 7 days .500 2. There are cracks and gaps at the floor/wall junction„below the right side window in child's bedroom. Repair/seal any such a �ielp exclude mice and ensure walls and ceilings are in good condition. Owner to correct this violation within 7 days. 7 days .500 3. There is a hole in the baseboard near the dressers in the child's bedroom. Repair so the wo d is intact and in good condition. Owner to correct this violation within 7 days. 7 7 days .500 4. There are gaps at the floor around pipes inside the closet in the primary bedroom. Seal any such areas to help exclude mice and other pests. Owner to correct this violation within 7 days.
