Please know that I am very committed to providing the most healthy,comfortable living environment for my tenants and have been actively implementing steps to promptly resolve this situation. In early March,in response to Ms.Tumbiolo's complaint about a mouse problem, I retained the services of Al Exterminators as part of their residential Pest Prevention Plan. This included an interior and exterior inspection to look for mouse entry points and re-setting of previously placed traps.During this inspection,the exterminator located an entry point behind the lower kitchen cabinets in the downstairs apartment. The exterminator then placed several mouse traps to prevent rodent access. The Al Exterminator returned on May 4th to re-check these traps. I have also retained the services of a local contractor from Odds&Ends Handyman Service to remove the lower kitchen cabinets and seal all of the lower kitchen cabinets. New cabinets and a new countertop will then be installed as part of this construction project. The contractor and Ms.Tumbiolo have agreed that he can begin work this Friday, May 28th Additionally,I asked Al Exterminators to return on May 13th to place mouse control dust around the building's external perimeter to deter entry while the construction work takes place. Upon arrival met with Neil and he let me into both units and basement.Inspected all badstations and snap traps found on both floor did not find any bait consumption or anything caught in snap traps but they were set off.Found alot of secondary food sources and feeding on first floor under counters,pile of m and m's found stockpiled to left of dishwasher.Also found large woodwork defidencie in this area that homeowner is going to get fixed.Did not find any bait consumption in basement at all but this could also be to secondary feeding.Reset snap traps as needed and equipped them with lure.
