I am aware of the usage of the property as being one dwelling unit (2nd & 3rd floors) and a separate dwelling unit on the first floor. The 2nd and 3rd floors are and always have been considered as one dwelling unit . The 3rd floor bedrooms were occupied by the roommate of the second floor tenant, Ms . Osterstuck. Ms . Osterstuck ' s roommate, Ms . Berry, lived with Ms . Osterstuck and her children for 6 years at the above mentioned property from 1986 - 1992 . In 1993 , after the third floor was renovated, Ms . Berry lived in a bedroom on the third floor. The third floor has been vacant since approximately July of this year. Ms . Berry is now renting the first floor unit at the same property. I maintain that there is no action required on this matter and that I have been in strict compliance at all times with all applicable codes and ordinances .
