At this time, none have been registered though you purchased them in April 2023. Registration and deregistration of vacant properties is done through the City's online OpenGov permitting system. Per Section 12.68 of the City Code of Ordinances which states: Each owner of an abandoned real property shall register that property as required herein with the director on forms provided by the director and pay the registration fee. All registrations forms must be completed and be received by the director within seven days of the property becoming abandoned as defined in section 12-67. The annual registration fee is set as follows: $500.00 for properties vacant for less than one year. $1,000.00 for properties vacant for one year or more but less than two years. $2,000.00 for properties vacant for two years or more but less than three years. $3,000.00 for properties vacant for three years or more. Enclosed is an invoice for the registration of each property including an administrative fee of $100 for entering the registration into OpenGov on your behalf.
