H. Mechanical, Inc. Mr. Patel then hired a second plumber, Mr.William Joeshue Vasquez of North Andover, MA. Permit#P-16-94 was pulled by Mr.Vasquez to remodel a bathroom. Rough was inspected. The original plumber, Mr. Michel Hughes,488 Beale St Quincy Ma 02169, dba M. H. Mechanical Inc. Mr. Hughes charged Mr. Patel $2000 for plumbing and $1200 for gas. The work was started but never finished by Mr. Hughes. Mr. Patel then hired a second plumber: Mr.William Joeshue Vasquez, 315 Sutton St., 2nd Fir, North Andover, MA 01845. He presented a card stating he was a Journeyman Plumber,#PL33210-J, expiration of 05/01/2016. Serial#not complete: 0057_. The permit was entered into the system. Today, Mr. Roth called to say that Mr.Vasquez's license#was invalid. The numbers did not go that far up. And I emailed him a copy of the original application and a copy of the license.
