am writing to you about the property located at 18 Saunders
St. It is the last house on the right - set back from the road.
It started out as a small single family home and over the
years they have built several additions to the property. There
are several cars parked there suggesting there are many
people living there. They have several of those 330 gal.
caged poly IBC totes collecting water from the downspouts.
They may be using them as cisterns in place of city water. It

may make sense to check this place out as who knows what
might be going on there.
