The Salem Board of Health has considered your request to pay the fine of$17,400.00 for
the operation of an unregistered,uninspected short-term rental located at 1 Chanelle Circle.
The Board of Health agrees to allow you to make monthly payments in the amount of
$600.00 for twenty-nine(29)months to pay the above fine for the operation of the
unregistered, uninspected short-term rental.
Payments must be received in the Board of Health office no later than the first of each
month, if a payment is missed the Board of Health reserves the right to demand that the
remaining balance be paid in full immediately.
