▪ Replace existing iron posts and handrails on entry porch with new Intex Liberty system with the following
conditions:
▪ New posts and railings to be brush painted to match existing trim color;
▪ Submission of sketch of final design to be reviewed and approved by Commissioner Meche prior to
installation.
