To whom it may concern.
The property above suffered a fire approximately two years ago.In addition to the fire damage,both the front and rear egress
stairs are falling apart as well as the rear deck. The Mass State Building Code 780 C.M.R section R- 102.8 requires an owner
of a property to maintain all systems of that property in a safe,sanitary manner.All systems must work as intended.As the
building stands now,it is unsafe and open to the weather. All of these violations are Building Code items and photos are
included.
You are directed to secure building permits and to begin work with licensed Massachusetts contractors within 30 days of this
notice.Failure to bring this building up to code will result in fines and additional enforcement actions.If you feel you are
aggrieved by this action,your Appeal is to the Board of Buildings,Regulations and Standards in Boston.
Additionally,There is an unregistered,uninspected vehicle on the property that has been there far in excess of the fifteen days
allowed by City Ordinance 24-21.A fifty dollar a day fine will begin 30 days from receipt of this notice.
