Observations:The temperatures in the dwelling unit's rooms at the time of inspection are as follows:
- Living Room: 63.3*F
- Bedroom:62.2*F
- Bathroom: 63.3*F
All temperatures were measured between 10:00am and 10:15am at the time of inspection.
At the time of inpection, the inspector observed the thermostat was turned up to five on a scale of 1-5.Also,the
baseboard heaters in the bedroom emitted heat while the baseboard heaters in the living room did not emit heat. Repair
the heating system so during the Heating Season it can provide heat at a temperature between 68.0*F and 78.0*F
between the times of 7:00am and 11:00pm, and 64.0*F and 78.0*F between the times of 11:01 pm and 6:59am.Also,the
heating system so all the baseboard heaters in the living room also work as designed.
Code Description: (A)The owner shall provide heat in every habitable room and every room containing a toilet, shower,
or bathtub from September 15th through May 31st inclusive so that it shall be: (1)At least 68°F(20°C)between 7:00 A.M.
and 11:00 P.M
