Service call complete.
Was told another company came and said they needed parts but they didn’t know LG too well. Was informed of ongoing legal matter
and to discuss this only with Gary. Found ductless art cool system with one CU and 3 IDU operational. Cleaned two out of three
washable filters. Dried and installed. Other company had cleaned third filter. Reset all remotes and IDU. Tested system in cool and
heat and monitored performance at LGMV WiFi tool. Tested unit in first room alone per tennant.
System is operational at this time.
