Dear owner. This Department has received and confirmed a complaint regarding an unregistered
and uninspected vehicle on you property. City Ordinance 24-21 prohibits the storage of
unregistered and uninspected vehicles for more than 15 days. You are directed to either register
and have inspected or to remove the vehicle within 15 days of receipt of this notice. Failure to
comply will result in Municipal code Tickets being issued for each day of the violation.

This Department has received complaints about the junk automobile at your property.
City of Salem Zoning Ordinance 24-21, prohibits the storage of an unregistered and
uninspected vehicle for more than 15 days.
The vehicle in question is early 1970's Vintage Chrysler needs to be removed within 15
days.
Failure to comply with this order will result in municipal code tickets of$50.00 per day
and a complaint being filed in Salem District Court.
