▪ Replace existing wood gutter on rear ell with K-style aluminum gutter to match gutter on main house with the
following conditions:
▪ Gutter to terminate inside the fascia at the gable end of ell to match existing conditions;
▪ Gutter to be painted to match color of existing gutters.
▪ New downspout to be added as needed on cornerboard of ell to replicate existing downspouts.
Downspout to be painted to match building trim.
