RE: 30 Foster St.
Gentlemen:
It was brought to my attention that the above referenced property has
been neglected and appears that it may have been abandoned. I conducted an
inspection of the site and the following is a list of violations that need
immediate attention:
1. The fencing needs repair to insure security and the gate to the
fence is fully in the opened position.
2.. The empty lot has a major overgrowth of weeds and debris of wooden
pallets that present a potential fire hazard.
3. A rotted tree has fallen across the property and is resting on the
roof top.
4. All openings in the building should be properly secured.
Please contact this office within ten (10) days of receipt of this
notice to advise us of the corrective measures you will be taking. I would
like to thank you in advance for your prompt and courteous attention in
this matter. r
Sincerely,
Leo E. Tremblay
