NOTICE OF CORRECTED VIOLATIONS

On 04/09/2026 I returned to the property to inspect the status of the violations referenced in a previous
Violations Notice that has been issued to the property management company on 02/18/2026. The
aforementioned violations and their observed status are as follows:
• Violation: Outside: Bulkhead is locked.The key is missing from the knox box.
o Observed Status: The key has been placed in the knox box.
• Violation: Basement: A large amount of paint cans and cleaners are being stored without a
fire-rated paint can storage cabinet.
o Observed Status: The paint cans and cleaners have been disposed.
• Violation: Building Side 15, Second Floor Unit: Rear means of egress from the kitchen has a
deadbolt on the interior side of the egress door. The door was blocked by cat towers.The cat
towers were moved out of the path of egress. The deadbolt needs to be removed from the door.
o Observed Status: The path of egress was free and clear of debris and the deadbolt has
been removed from the egress door.
• Violation: Building Side 15 Second Floor Unit: The front means of egress door from the
bedroom was blocked by a mattress.
o Observed Status: The front means of egress door had free and clear access.
• Violation: Building Side 13 First Floor Front Hallway Smoke detector is missing.
o Observed Status: The smoke detector was visible and operational.
• Violation: Building Side 13,First Floor Unit: Kitchen smoke detector was not working.
o Observed Status: The smoke detector was operational.

• Violation: Building Side 13, First Floor Unit: The front means of egress door from the
bedroom has a deadbolt on the exterior side of the egress door. The deadbolt needs to be
removed.
o Observed Status: The front means of egress door from the bedroom was removed
and the wall was enclosed. See building permit B-26-273 which has been inspected
and closed out.
• Violation: Building Side 13,First Floor Rear Hallway: The rear means of egress has storage
impeding the egress path.
o Observed Status: The rear mean of egress path was free and clear from debris.
• Violation: Building Side 13, Second Floor Unit: All(3)bedrooms are missing smoke
detectors.
o Observed Status: The(3)bedrooms had visible and operational smoke detectors.
• Violation: Building Side 13, Second Floor_A room in the common hallway is being used as
the fourth bedroom for the second floor unit. The room does not communicate with the
apartment unit and is only accessed by the common front hallway. A Building Permit
application needs to be submitted to make the room part of the second floor unit.
o Observed Status: The room is no longer considered as part of the common hallway
due to the corrective work performed under Building Permit B-26-273,and the room
is now the fourth bedroom in the second floor unit. The room contained a visible and
operational smoke detector.
Since all of the above violations have been corrected, at this time the Violation Notice dated
02/18/2026 for this property is considered satisfactorily corrected and completed, and this letter serves
as the official Notice of Corrected Violations.
