From the 2019 sign permit for the existing signage: "This sign permit
application for a retail marijuana business appears to meet both the local and
state signage requirements for such establishments. It will be required (per
state regulation) that the time during which the signs are illuminated be
limited. Per 935 CMR 500-105 (4) (b) (8 and 9), the following are prohibited:
'8. installation of any neon signage or any illuminated external signage which
fails to comply with all local ordinances and requirements;
9. installation of any external signage that is illuminated beyond the
period of 30 minutes between sundown until closing, provided however
that the Commission may further specify minimum signage requirements'
