Ordianance. The applicant proposes three internally illuminated
channel letter wall signs. In the initial application the applicant
indicated a 25ft building frontage, 1ft applicant space frontage,
and 1ft property frontage. The Sign Review materials for the
Dunkin Donuts wall sign that was permitted in 2008 for this
property shows the tenant frontage to be 31ft. In consultation with
the applicant the frontage was corrected to be 31ft.
