To construct a signle-family residence upon an undeveloped, undersized lot where zoning requirements cannot be met.
For this reason, I am requesting:

per dwelling unit is 15,000 SF for single-family where only 9,169 SF exists; 2) Min. Frontage is 100' where only 90' is available; 3)
Min. Lot width is 100' where existing is 90.22'; and 4) Accessory detatched garage is 8.2' away from primary building where a minimum of
10' is required under 3.2.4(2)..

hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning
Ordinance.
