At that time the following items were still outstanding: Bathroom 1: - The toilet seat is still loose at its base. .Dwelling Unit: - The heating system still does not work, failing to keep temperatures in the dwelling unit between 68OF and 780F between 7:00am and 11:00pm, and between 64°F and 78OF between 11:01 pm and 6:59am. The heating system is ordered to be corrected within one (1) day of receipt of this report. Failure to bring the heating system into compliance within this time will result in the inspector filing a complaint against Salem Real Estate Investment, LLC, in housing court. Please correct the outstanding violations and contact this office to schedule a final re- inspection of this apartment. Repair the dwelling unit's heating system so during the heating season it can sustain temperatures between 68.0*F and 78.0*F between 7:00am and 11:00pm and 64.0*F and 78.0*F between 11:01pm and 6:59am. (NOTE:At the time of inspection, both bedrooms had space heaters which were turned on.)
