Observations:In the first-floor common hallway,there are is an interior door that leads to the front entrance's door. The
interior door does not remain closed when pushed and pulled open, even when it's locked. Repair this door so it cannot
be opened without having to turn its doorknob.

accepted standards so they are in good repair and in every way fit for the intended use, including: (2) Free from holes,

Observations:ln the kitchen, a dead mouse was found in the occupant's mouse trap.Also, dry mice droppings were
found on the floor behind the stove, and on the floor next to the refrigerator. Exterminate the mice. Seal all holes leading
into the dwelling unit used by mice and other pest. Extermination will continue until mice are no longer a public health
nuisance.

owner of a residence containing two or more dwelling units, including a homeless shelter or a rooming house, shall
maintain it and its premises free from infestation and shall be responsible for pest elimination.
