This is a violation of the City of Salem's Zoning Ordinance section 5.1.6 off-Street parking setbacks stating the surfaced area parking lot and all entrance and exit drives shall be set back a minimum of two(2)feet from all lot lines. You are directed to remove the asphalt from the neighboring building and lot line a minimum of two (2) feet within 15 days of receipt of this notice.
