It is unclear if this space is fully compliant with the smoke detector, emergency escape, fire separation and egress requirements of 780 CMR,the MA State Building Code,that a dwelling unit must meet. Under the provisions of 780 CMR Section 104.6:Right of Entry,access to this property must be granted for the purposes of a mandatory inspection. This inspection is scheduled for: Wednesday, February 18th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Since the property appears to have rented apartments, you are required to provide a signed and notarized affidavit stating the individuals and their relationships that will be residing on each floor and apartment unit at the time of inspection.
