Dear Owner,
This correspondence is to formally notify you that the bathroom facilities at 2 Bridge St. are not
in compliance with the Massachusetts Plumbing Code.
Pursuant to 248 CMR, Section 10.10 (18B/ 18 G&H)required plumbing fixtures and restroom
facilities must be provided based on the occupancy and use of the building. At this time, the
following deficiencies have been identified:
• Required restroom must be located within 300 feet of the applicable multi-unit restroom.
• Compliance Table I (Section 10.10) shall also be met
Corrective work must be completed to bring the building into full compliance with the above-
referenced code sections. Failure to address these violations may result in enforcement action as
permitted under 248 CMR.
Appeal before the Board (Board of State Examiners of Plumbing and Gas Fitters). Any
person who disagrees with or is aggrieved by the decision or interpretation of an inspector may
appeal to the Board for a hearing.
