Dear Property Owner,
At this time, I conducted an inspection along with Fire and Health Inspectors at 31 R Boston
Street. During the inspection it was confirmed that structural members had been removed
without any Building Permits and notice structural crack throughout the building.
At this time the building is structurally unsafe and I'm revoking the occupancy and condemning
the building per CMR 780 Section 116.
You are directed to get a structural Engineer to confirm the integrity and safety of the building
before any occupancy can be re-issued.
