thelandin Salem with the buildings thereon, in that part of Salem commonly
called Juniper Point, in said County of Essex, bounded and described as follows:
(Description and encumbrances,if any)
Southwesterly by Beach Avenue, Seventy (70) feet;
Southeasterly by Lot #18, on a plan hereinafter mentioned and by land now
or late of Gardner;
-Northeasterly by other land in the rear thereof next hereinafter conveyed,
and
'Northwesterly by a Ten (10) foot passageway marked "Avenue" on said plan,
the Southeasterly and Northwesterly side lines being parallel; and being Lots #16 and
#17 on a plan of land at Juniper Point recorded in Essex South District Registry of
Deeds, Plan Book 1, Plan 30.
Also, a certain parcel of land in the rear of the above described premises and
between it and high water mark. Also, a portion of Lot #18 shown on said plan which
is bounded as follows:
Beginning at the Southerly corner of Lot f117 on said plan, thence running
Southeasterly on said Beach Avenue, Thirty (30) feet to land formerly of
Beach; thence turning and running
Northeasterly; Fifty (50) feet; thence turnirg and running
Northwesterly, Thirty (30) feet to the Easterly corner of said Lot #17,
thence turning and"running
Southwesterly by said Lot #17, Fifty (50) feet to Beach Avenue at the point
begun at.
Also, a parcel of land lying Easterly of the described portion of said Lot #18
which is contained within the lines of the Northerly and Southerly boundaries of said
described portion extended to high water mark. Also, the beach and flats described
in deed from Bentley to Grant dated June 28, 1932, and recorded with said Registry
of Deeds, Book 2921, Page 123.

The Grantor reserves the right to occupy the first floor apartment in said
remises for his life without liability

The Grantees assume and agree to pay the present mortgage to the Salem
Five Cent Savings Bank and assume and agree to pay all expenses for the
maintenance of said premises including real estate taxes.
