setts, Trustee of Monica Realty Trust, under a Declaration of Trust
dated August 30, 1979 and recorded in the Essex County Southern
District Registry of Deeds in Book 6634 at Page 303 , hereby certify
that the Beneficiaries of said Monica Realty Trust, unanimously
appointed Paul J. Ronan and Nancy G. Ronan, or their survivor, of
Richards Avenue, Rockport, Essex County, Massachusetts to be successor
Co-Trustees or Trustee hereunder effective upon my resignation.
I, Kathy J. Epstein hereby resign as Trustee hereunder, effec-
tive iriumediately.
We, Paul J. Ronan and Nancy G. Ronan hereby accept appoint-
