Dear Mrs. Kowalski:
In reply to your letter of June 4, 1979, we are in the process of seeking
permission from the Commissioner of Department of Revenue which will grant
us the right to resolve certain problems which are attached and inherent ,
to the above mentioned parcel of land.
You will be notified after this Board is empowered to act on these matters
by the Commissioner.
Any interest you may have in the -acquisi-tion of said parcel should be
directed to and through the proper channels, as required by local ordi-
nances.
Councillor Nowak should be able to assist and guide you in such matters.
