We, the undersigned, being all of the Beneficiaries of One
Church Street Realty Trust dated November 7, 1977 , and recorded
with Essex South District Registry of Deeds , by virtue of the
powers granted to us under Section 8 , of said Declaration of
Trust with reference to the appointment of new Trustees , do
hereby appoint Richard E. Daly, of Salem, George P. Vallis , of
Marblehead , David J. Hallinan, of Peabody, and Chris Drucas , of
Swampscott , all of Essex County, Massachusetts , as Trustees under
said Declaration of Trust, in the place and stead of George E.
