apix).intment as additional Trustees of the "Joshua Ward House Trust"
under a Declrlrat:ion of Trust dated July 31, 1978 and recorded in the
Essex South District Registry of Deeds on July 31, 1978 in Book 6499,
Page 494. We further acknowledge that our acceptance as Trustees is
pursuant to an appointment by the beneficiaries of said 'Trust under the
provisions of paragraph VI thereof; all as provided in a certificate of
appointment by the existing Trustees to be recorded herewith.

House Trust" under a Declaration of Trust dated July 31, 1978 and recorded
in the Essex South District Registry of Deeds on July 31, 1978 in Book
6499, Page 494, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph VI of said
II Trust, hereby resign as Trustees. We further certify that we have

caused, on this date, to be delivered to each and all of the beneficiaries
