FINDINGS AND ORDER
After hearing and upon consideration of the Complaint, the
Affidavit and the Agreement, I find:
(a ) that an irretrievable breakdown of the
marriage exists; and
(b) that the Agreement makes proper provisions
for custody, for support and maintenance,
for alimony and the disposition of marital
property, and for all other rights and
responsibilities of the parties.
I therefore approve said Agreement and hereby order that the
parties shall forthwith comply with said Agreement which shall be
incorporated and merged and become part of the Judgment Nisi .
