Dear Owner,
This letter is to inform you that the swimming pool and the wood platform with the
Structure on it are in the allowed setback abutting your neighbors properties.
The wood platform and structure must be a Minimum of 5 feet off the property line.
The pool must be 6 feet off the property line. You are in violation of the Salem Zoning
code. You must contact me as soon as you receive this letter to discuss moving these two
items. The fines that go with the violation can be$50.00 first offence $150.00 for second
offence and$300.00 for third offence and every day after.
If you feel aggrieved by this letter your appeal is to the Salem Zoning Board
