This department has received a complaint that construction is being conducted
on the above referenced property. We have no records of Building permits being issued.
Therefor a required inspection is scheduled for Wednesday May 2211 at 10:00a.m.
Per Mass State Building Code 780 CMR, section 104.1 and under the provisions
of 780 CMR, Section 104.6- Right of Entry, of the State Building Code, access to the
property must be granted for purposes of this inspection.
You are Hereby directed to contact this office immediately upon receipt of this letter.
If You feel aggrieved by this order your Appeal is to the Board of Buildings, Regulations and
Standards in Boston.
