the property to William E. Bailey and Celia I. Bailey reserving
a life estate and granting a life estate to her son.
Mrs. Kocur has deceased and her son has reconveyed his life
estate to William E. Bailey and Celia I. Bailey. I am enclosing
herewith a copy of the death certificate of Helena Kocur and
a copy of the deed which has recently been recorded at the
Registry of Deeds.
