called Horton Court, formerly Symonds Court, in said Salem, bounded and
described as follows :
Northerly by said Horton Place, eighty-seven (87 ) feet;
Northeasterly by land now or formerly or :hoades, twenty-four
(24) feet;
Southeasterly by land now orforrlerly of ho�!des and Stoddard,
eighty-seven (87) feet, and
Southwesterly by land nowor forme-fly or Cber, twenty-four
(24) feet.
Being the same premises conveyed to Henry D. Parisien and
Geraldine Parisien, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety,
by deed os George R. McCarthy, et ux, dated September 13, 1951,
recorded at Essex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 3844,
Page 267.
Geraldine Parisien died intestate on March 7, 1970; L-8 certi-
ficate recorded in said Registry in Book 56940 page 498.
