and every other power,

paid, grant to Carl C. Spangg and Agnes J. Krajeski , as joint tenants ,
both of 366 Essex Street, Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts,
the land in said Salem, with the buildings thereon, situated at 10 Gifford
Court, bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHEASTERLY by Gifford Court, sometimes erroneously referred to
as Giffords Court, sixty-two (62) feet;
NORTHEASTERLY by land now or late of Grimes, about thirty-two (32)
feet;
NORTHWESTERLY by land now or late of Nolan, about sixty-six (66)
feet; and
SOUTHWESTERLY by land now or late of Winslow, about thirty-two (32)
feet.
Being the same premises conveyed to said Delvina B. Brousseau and her
deceased husband, Leo J. Brousseau, by deed dated February 8 , 1956 ,
and recorded with Essex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 4247 ,
