0007 FAIRVIEW AVENUE - LTRSeDa SDC 7 Fairview Avenue 53PR101 UU SALEM. MASSACHUSETTS 01970 R CiIV I}617•744-7365 CITY OF SAt.EP1 0AASS• April 2, 1980 Daniel F. Mansur Zoning Enforcement: Officer (Acting) One Salem Green Salem, MA 01970 Dear Mr, Mansur, I am in receipt of your letter of March 21, 1980 relative to alleged zoning violations for property located at 7 Fairview Avenue, Salem. We do not and have not been conducting a business at this address, nor do we have any plans to conduct any business in the future. We do have a small area in the house where I do my personal tax returns and answer other personal correspondence. The commercial vehicle that I drive home at noon and other times of the day and which I have used to commute to and from work is no longer kept overnight at 7 Fairview Avenue. It will still be used, however, during the day for my transportation to and from my home. Relative to the vehicle parked on the lawn, I do not find any place in the Zoning Laws that states that I must have a paved parking space to park a vehicle on but I no longer am parking the vehicle on the lawn so the point is, I guess irrelevant-. In the fall, if the vehicle is to be parked on the lawn I will consider surfacing the area.
