Dear Mr Martineau:
Last Saturday, I received your letter requesting informa-
tion regarding the construction of second floor concrete porches
on Fafard' s condominium buildings located off Highland Avenue
in Salem.
As a result, I spent a considerable time researching my
notes for the plans requested, but without avail.
But to the best of my recollection, these porch slabs
were fabricated in one piece of reinforced concrete, raised care-
fully and placed over steel tabs prepared for that purpose.
These tabs were bolted in pre-set locations on the concrete
buildings. I cannot recall a single instance of these slabs
being improperly installed.
I trust that this information will be satisfactory.
