This Department has received a complaint about recent construction work done on your
unit.
No record of any permits exists as required by State Bldg. Code 780 CMR Section 110.
through 111.15.
Per Section 115.6 of the State Bldg. Code, an inspection is required to determine what
work was performed.
You are directed to contact this office within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter to
arrange for an inspection. Failure to comply will result in a Complaint being filed in
Salem District Court.
If you feel you are aggrieved by this order, your appeal is to the Board of Buildings and
Regulations. The forms are available at this office.
