RE: 1C Fillmore
Dear Mr. Desajardins:
This office is in receipt falsified building documents regarding your condominium unit
1 C-Fillmore Road.
As you know, I would not sign the building permit for 1C Fillmore Road. Last year
when I told you this you complained to my department and to the Mayor's office.
Another Inspector in this office, Kevin Goggin, reinspected your unit, 1-C Fillmore Road
and agreed with me not to pass this unit.
You then altered building documents and submitted them to the condo association.
You are ordered to pull a new building permit and to replace the stairs on unit 1 C
Fillmore Road within thirty (30) days.
If you feel you are aggrieved by this order, your right to appeal is the State Board of
Buildings and Regulations and Standards located in Boston (BBRS Dept. of Public
Safety)
Additionally, you are directed to remove the shed underneath your condo located at ID
Fillmore. If you feel you are aggrieved by this order you right to appeal this order your
right to appeal is with the local Fire Chief.
Failure to comply will result in legal action being filed in Salem District Court.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Thomas St. Pierre
Assistant Building Inspector
