Dear Mrs. Fusco:
Street numbers as indicated below have been assigned to the
parcels- to be developed under Phase I of the Pickman Park
condominium project. The street numbers indicated apply to
individual parcels on which a single building will be erected.
Individual units in each building will be assigned alphabet-
ical unit numbers on a left to right basis. Therefore# in
any buildings the leftmost unit of that building will be
identified as Unit At with subsequent units to the right
being assigned unit letters B9 C 6 D (or B only in duplexes).

Consists of 16 parcelsp all of which are located on the
odd side of the streets to be numbered 1 thru 31 inclu-
sive.
MARION ROAD
Consists of 6 parcels= all of which are located on the
odd side of the streets to be numbered 21 thru 31 inclu-
sive.
PRIVATE NAYS OFF OF MARION ROAD
Consists of 5 small private ways located off of the
even side of Marion Road. When entering each way from
Marion Roadt the right side shall be the even-numbered
sides the left side shall be the odd-numbered side.

2 thru 6 respectively.
HALSEY WAY
Same as Nimitz Way
HART WAY

2 thru 4 respectively.
SPRUANCE WAY
Same as Hart Way.
FLETCHER WAY
Four odd and two even parcels, numbered 1 thru 7 and
2 thru 4 respectively.
Attached is a copy of the area in question with individual
lots shown. The street numbers as assigned are shown as the
circled numbers.

As a result of certain changes .over the last year in the original sub-
division of the Pickman Park condominium project, it has become neces-
sary.to make some revisions in the original assignment of addresses
made on August 2, 1984. All buildings will now have 4 units, with
units assigned letters as originally indicated. The following streets
are changed from the original numbering:
LLMORE ROAD
Now consists of 8 parcels, all of which 'are located on the
odd side of the street, to be numbered 1 through 15 inclusive.
MARION ROAD
Now consists of 5 parcels, all, of which are located on the
odd side of the street, to be numbered 21 through 29 inclusive.
