being shown as Lot J on a plan entitled, "Land of Philomena Calabrese,
Bertucci Avenue, Salem, Mass.dated September, 1956, Edwin T. Brudzynski,
Civil Engineer", recorded in Essex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 4321,
Page 83, bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHERLY by Bertucci Avenue, fifty-two and 60/100 (52. 60)
feet;
WESTERLY by three curved lines, and by a proposed street,
totaling one hundred eighteen and 95/100 (118.95)
feet, to land of Calabrese;
NORTHERLY by said land of Calabrese, twenty-four and 41/100
(24. 41) feet, and
EASTERLY by Lot K on said plan, eighty-one (81) feet.
Being the same premises conveyed to John Arena and Elizabeth Arena by deed
of Vee-Jay Corporation, dated March 25, 1957 and recorded in Essex South
District Deeds in Book 4355, Page 322.
