MAYOR October 9, 2002 C®py Mary Anne MacIver 182 Federal Street Salem, Ma. 01970 Dear Owner Recently you received approval to replace 6 windows and then received another approval to replace the bay window. The approval for the bay window stated no changes in color or material. Upon inspection, the replacement sash in the bay window is vinyl and aluminum trim has been added in the exterior. This contradicts what was approved and therefore violates a condition of the building permit. You are directed to contact this office within 5 days upon receipt of this letter to discuss the matter. Failure to reply will result in a complaint being filed in Salem District Court. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
