�+ihereas an easement over portion of Butler Street, Salem, -Hass. was
duly discontinued by Council Order dated 6eptember 22, 1960, and a declaration
of such discontinuance was duly signed on October 11, 1960, and
.'+hereas, said land is no longer necessary for public use or purposes.
Now, therefore, the Mayor is hereby authorized to sell and convey by
instruments of conveyance, the following described parcels of land
for a. consideration of One Dollar or more, for each parcel, to (1) !`iargaret
Planning, (2) Fred A. and Barbara I . Christensen, and (3 ) Theodore S. and ,
Florence M. Kocur, respectively, but in each instance reserving to itself
and its successors, the right to keep, maintain and. repair any sewer and
eater pipe or pipes which may now lie in any portion of parcels of 14nd
