THIS INDENTURE made this �� -'day of April, 1972 ,
among GEORGE F. GUY and MARY A. GUY, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entirety, of Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts,
LeROY BRIGGS and HILDA BRIGGS, husband and wife, as tenants by

the entirety, of said Salem, CHARLES J. SNIGURSKI,/ of said
Salem, and SALEM ACRES, INC. , a Massachusetts corporation with
its usual place of business in Everett, Middlesex County,
Massachusetts.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto are the owners of certain
real estate adjacent to a private way named Albion Street
Salem
Extension/as shown on a plan entitled, "Plan of the Abandonment
of Albion Way Extension" dated March 6 , 1972 , Carter 6 Towers
Engineering Corp. , Registered Land Surveyor, to be recorded
herewith, said parties having acquired their title thereto as
follows :
1. Deed from Loretta B. LeMay to George F. Guy, et I

ux, dated October 14 , 1955 , and recorded with Essex South Dis-
trict Registry of Deeds, Book 4214 , Page 353 .
2. Deed from Philip J. Durkin to LeRoy D. Briggs , et
ux, dated June 22, 1951, recorded with said Registry of Deeds,.
Book 3827 , Page 435.
3 . Deed from Mary A. Gray to Charles J. Snigurski, -
dated December 19, 1963 , and recorded with said Registry of
Deeds, Book 5137 , Page 266.
4 . Deed from Charles J. Snigurski to Salem Acres,
Inc. , dated December 10, 1965, and recorded with said Registry
of Deeds, Book 5330, Page 174 .

WHEREAS , the parties hereto agree that it is unsafe
and inconvenient to use said Albion Street Extension as a way of
travel. by either foot or vehicle; and
WIEREAS, the parties hereto have mutually agreed to

set off to each other separate parcels by mutual deeds of
release.
NOW this Indenture witnesseth as follows :
FIRST: GEORGE F. GUY and MARY A. GUY, husband and
wife shall from henceforth have, -hold, possess and enjoy in
severalty by and to them, and their heirs and assigns as tenants
by the entirety all of that land showy. as Parcel 1 on the plan
hereinbefore mentioned; and LeROY BRIGGS and HILDA BRIGGS, and
CHARLES J. SNIGURSKI and SALEM ACRES, INC. , in consideration of
the premises to them conveyed by the said GEORGE F. GUY and MARY
A. GUY do hereby give, grant, set over, convey, release and con-
firm unto GEORGE F. GUY and MARY A. GUY, as tenants by the
entirety, said land shown as Parcel 1.
SECOND: LeROY BRIGGS and HILDA BRIGGS, husband and
wife, shall from henceforth have, hold, possess and enjoy in
severalty by and to them and their heirs and assigns as tenants
by the entirety, all of that land shown as Parcel 2 on the plan
hereinbefore mentioned; and GEORGE F. GUY al,d MARY A. GUY and
C;iARLES J. SNIGURSKI and SALEM ACRES, INC. , in consideration of
the premises to them conveyed by the said LeROY BRIGGS and HILDA
BRIGGS do hereby give, grant, set over, convey, release and con-
