for nominal consideration Paid, grant to JANET L. BURSA and
FRANK BURSA, both being of Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts ,
as they are Trustees of the BURSA FAMILY TRUST, of 9 Salt Wall
Lane, Salem, Massachusetts, under an Indenture of Trust dated
December 20, 1980 and recorded herewith at Essex South District
Registry of Deeds, one-half ('/ti) of all my right , title and
interest , bein all the remainder of i ht, title and interest ,
with QUITC M COVENANTS, the land in said Salem, together
with the buildings thereon, bounded and described as follows:
NOR111WESTERLY by Highland Avenue, 100 feet;
NORTHEASTERLY by Lot 6 on Plan hereinafter referred to 109.24
feet;
SOUTHM STEIRLY by Land of Almy, et al , Trustees , 107 .40 feet; and
SOUTEIWEISTEIRLY by Lot 7A on said plan, 109.28 feet.

recorded in said Deeds , Book 3266, Page 7. See Plan Book 50, Plan

Registry of Deeds.
Subject to a mortgage held by the Peabody -Cooperative Bank
dated July 5, 1963 and recorded in said Deeds , • Book 50851 Page
105 , which said mortgage has a Present outstanding principal
balance of $11 ,818.23 which the within grantees by the acceptance
and recording of this (teed assume and agree to pay.
